Autopropiedad y la Ética Libertaria

El concepto de autopropiedad está intrínsecamente relacionado al concepto de libertad individual y es la piedra fundamental de la ética libertaria. En tiempos en que las libertades individuales son constantemente violadas por legislaciones positivistas, este trabajo tiene como objetivo demostrar los fundamentos de la ética libertaria, su evolución a lo lardo de los 50 años y los motivos que la hicieron una herramienta importante en la protección de estos derechos. Analizados los principales conceptos y fundamentos, la ética libertaria es puesta a prueba de las principales críticas que fueron hechas a lo largo del tiempo, ilustrando como ellas contribuyeron para el desarrollo y cuáles puntos aún no fueron completamente explorados o validados. Por fin, son discutidos temas del cotidiano de las personas relacionados a la autopropiedad, demostrando como las libertades individuales son violadas en la mayor parte de las constituciones y presentando soluciones de autores libertarios, por medio de propuestas que aseguren la propiedad privada y eviten el comienzo de la agresión.
