Autopropriedade e a Ética Libertária

O conceito de autopropriedade está intrinsecamente relacionado ao conceito de liberdade individual e é pedra fundamental da ética libertária. Em tempos em que as liberdades individuais são constantemente violadas por legislações positivistas, este trabalho tem como objetivo demonstrar os fundamentos da ética libertária, a sua evolução ao longo dos últimos 50 anos e os motivos que a tornam uma ferramenta importante na proteção destes direitos. Analisados os principais conceitos e fundamentos, a ética libertária é colocada à prova das principais críticas que foram feitas ao longo do tempo,ilustrando como elas contribuíram para o seu desenvolvimento e quais pontos ainda não foram completamente explorados ou validados. Por fim, são discutidos temas do cotidiano das pessoas relacionados à autopropriedade, demonstrando como as liberdades individuais são violadas na maior parte das constituições e apresentando soluções de autores libertários, por meio de propostas que protejam a propriedade privada e evitem a iniciação da agressão.
